The Custom RO PW5 – 5 stage replacement filter pack is built specifically for the Cuno and 3M PW5 – 5 stage RO systems and will also work with the Ultima Model VII with a quick connect post filter. Comes with adaptors to fit both 1/4″ and 3/8″ tubing.

Includes: 1 – 5 micron pre-sediment filter, 2 – Carbon pre-filters, 1 – Inline GAC post-filter with quick connect fittings, 2 – quick connect adaptor fittings, 3 – Replacement canister O-rings.
